Rick Lovett
Hi, my name is Rick Lovett. I first moved to Florida in 1984 and have lived in Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton Beach, West Palm Beach and now settled in Sarasota.
For over 35 years I have held several management and leadership positions in the entertainment industry. Multi-station, multi-format Group Program Director, Director of Operations, Creative Director and a major market radio personality including Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Tampa, Orlando and San Antonio. I also worked with over 40 recording artists a SVP/Co-owner of an independent record label.
Over the years I have bought and sold many homes which has allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience of what to do, and what not to do. I pride myself on possessing a set of core values to help provide you with the best home buying or home selling experience. Integrity, honesty, accountability, diligence and hard work.
With my unique background and skill set, I am now in a position as part of the Coldwell Banker Sarasota Central team to help you with all of your real estate needs.
I have been and continue to be involved with several charities including St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I have made visits to the hospital spending time with the patients and their families, the doctors and research scientists, and have been an integral part of multiple fundraisers.
My wife and I enjoy boating, the beach, live music, festivals, nice restaurants, traveling, just about anything that has to do with fun-in-the-sun, and relaxing at home with our mini golden doodle Molly.
